Arizona Department of Economic Security Dear DES Unemployment Office: I have never been given an official address, either snail mail or email to contact DES about my unemployment problems so I will just use all the email addresses I have and the snail mail address from the one piece of mail you sent me. First off a couple of weeks ago I received a snail mail piece of mail saying my unemployment benefits had been denied. I sent you folks at DES at least two snail mail letters appealing my denial of unemployment benefits and I also sent you at least two taxes appealing my denial of unemployment benefits and at least one email. Yesterday on Monday I got my snail mail and I didn't have one single letter from DES addressing the status of my appeal, nor did I receive my debit card for unemployment or any unemployment checks. Can you folks tell me what the status of my claim is? And if I have to show up for some appeals hearing? I did receive one email in the past from someone at DES who told me that you guy figured out the status of my unemployment and gave it to me and said I didn't have to appeal it. That person even said I money had been credited to my debit card. Can you tell me what the status of this is? Have I actually been given the unemployment benefits that I or my employer paid for? I still have not received my debit card in the mail, nor have I received any unemployment checks in the mail. Are you planning on sending me a debit card or unemployment checks in the mail? Or have you sent them already and they got lost in the mail?
