Arizona Department of Economic Security Fax (520)770-3358 When I filed for unemployment which I think was the very first week after I was unemployed somewhere around October 10 to Oct 16 which I did online on the web i listed my last two employers as and infoclosureI can not possibly see how you can come up and tell me that I am not eligible for employment insurance because I did not supply the correct name and/or address of my last employer. I did give you the name and address of my last employers as I am again giving them to you now and as I have given them to you in several emails I have sent you on the subject of my unemployment insurance before. any how you had these addresses when I first applied for unemployment and you have them now please start giving my unemployment. i would like to appeal your decision to not give me unemployment. if "appeal" is not the correct technical name for what I have to do I want to do what ever you call it so I can collect my unemployment. if the names and addresses of the employers are not exactly the correct spelling or if I perhaps have missed placed a period in the address or used the abbreviation "e" instead of "east" I am sorry. I can only use the address my employer gave me. I am not psychic and cant tell if the my employers gave you a slightly different address then I gave you. I suspect the real reason I am being denied unemployment is because the government rulers that run the state of Arizona have spent our money like a bunch of drunken sailors and are now $400 million dollars in debt and are attempting to screw anybody and everybody they can out of money they owe them. Last but not least I know you guys will use any reason you can possible use to deny somebody employment and I don't want you using the excuse that I sent this letter to the wrong person. If you're not the person who handles this please forward this email to the correct person who handles it. Since I have included Governor Jan Brewer in the list of email addresses I suspect you can forward the letter to the correct person. Why did you give me a fax number which has a 520 area code which is in Tucson when I live in phoenix? Is this an attempt to prevent me from appealing this since I live in Phoenix and it will cost me more money to send a long distance tax to Tucson? Can you also give me the addresses of the employers that you have on file for me? Last but not least can you give me the name of deputy no 147 who is the person who denied my claim?
