When my unemployment claim was rejected they gave me
a mailing address in Phoenix, but a fax number in Tucson
as the addresses and fax number I could use to appeal my
rejection. That data follows:

I bet they did it intentionally to make it harder for me to appeal my rejected claim. If they gave me a Phoenix fax number I could fax an appeal to it without having to spend money on long distance charges. I suspect the reason was to make it difficult for people to appeal their unemployment claims. Now if they are giving people in Tucson a fax number in Phoenix to appeal their rejected unemployment claims I bet it is almost certain that they are doing it intentionally to make it harder for people to appeal rejected unemployment claims.
I was dumb enought to actually try to send a fax to the number above which is (520)770-3358I tried sending the fax 4 or 5 times and it was busy each time. DUH! I bet the creeps at DES took the phone off the hook to make it impossible for people to file appeals. Jesus Christ! It seems like there are more crooks working in the government then there are people in prison. Just so the people in prisons won't think I am insulting them I suspect there are a lot more crooks in the government then there are in prisons. Of course two thirds of the people in prisons are not there for real crimes like robbing, raping or stealing, they are in prison for victimless drug war crimes. All they did was smoking an illegal or sell an illegal drug, something which is illegal, but it is a victimless crime that doesn't harm anyone. |
