Because it seems like the folks at DES are a bunch of crooks and want to cheat people out of their unemployment benefits I also faxed in another copy of the letter to them today on Tuesday, November 16, 2010.
Here is a copy of the letter I faxed them. Note I faxed it twice. Once I faxed it with the text on the UP side of the fax machine. The second time I faxed it with the text on the DOWN side of the fax machine. Just to cover my butt and make sure I faxed them the letter.
The appeal letter had one mistake in that I forgot to change the day of the week from Monday to Tuesday. But I did change the date to November 16, 2010.
